[wp-testers] ASCII translations/WYSIWYG

A problem (using build 3104) -- when you first publish a post using symbols
like " and ' WP translates them to the appropriate ASCII codes of their more
elegant siblings “/” and ’. The problem occurs when you go
to edit that post again and save -- instead of keeping the ASCII codes, it
puts the literal symbols in the HTML, making it impossible to validate and
screwy in many browsers.

Another related issue is that when you copy something in from Word or
another application that automatically translates plain quotes to
"smartquotes," etc/ -- WP doesn't convert those, posing the same threat.
