[wp-testers] Deleting Categories

Why does this have to be the case?

Why not just automatically re-assign all deleted items to a default
category, or make them uncategorized, or let the user pick the category
to re-assign them to? None of these options would appear to be
programatically complicated, unless I've missed something.
