When it happened to me I got about 10 log messages a few seconds apart
like this: "[notice] child pid 20419 exit signal Segmentation fault
(11)"

That was at changeset 3066, so I don't know if any significant changes
to the caching have occurred in the last few hours' flurry of
versions.
