That site is meant to be a showcase of a few of the best themes, aimed
at showing people fairly new to WordPress easy ways to extend their
blog.

If you want a view-all-themes site, try the in-progress theme viewer
at http://themes.wordpress.net/. It should be more like what you're
looking for.
