[wp-testers] 1.6 and plugins

We know that any plugins or "mods" (like K2) that depend on the old
user level check will break. That's one place to start - track down
the plugin devs for those plugins and ask them to code to the new user
system, assuming that it's unlikely to change between now and final
1.6 release.
I can personally attest to the fact that Ultimate Tag Warrior seems to
not work by default. Bad Behavior, on the other hand, DOES work.
