Be sure to use a good subject for your emails.

In particular, don't just reply to a digest (if that's how you're 
receiving this list).  If you're replying to a particular message in a 
digest, use "Re: that message's subject" as your subject.

Replying to digests makes it harder to find information later (the 
subject is not informative), and screws up threading.

That said, keep on posting!
