[wp-testers] preview/edit links

It's not underlined.  The font matches that of the "Write Post"  
text.  And they're slightly styled... they have a box around them  
designed to make them look like an extension of the horizontal blue  
line.  I didn't spend a lot of time on it... if you want to spruce it  
up, feel free.
