[wp-testers] 20RC2 little problem in admin/import

Hello,

I update regularly my WP with SVN since RC1 and since 2 days in the
admin/import section i get an error :

*Fatal error*: Cannot redeclare get_users_drafts() (previously declared in
/bee/bop/a/lula/wp-admin/admin-db.php:3) in /bee/bop/a/lula*
/wp-admin/import/admin-db.php* on line *3*
