Our TinyMCE plugin's get_from_editor already handles this. It takes
the markup, strips anonymous paragraphs, adds line breaks so wpauto
can reconstitute them, and indents certain block elements.

To go in the other direction, the switch-back-to-RTE function would
have to emulate wp_richedit_pre, which includes wpautop.

I can see this hitting core in 2-point-something. It might be styled
like a tabbed object, much like Blogger's editor only far, far cooler.
