[wp-testers] Testing 'Live' Nightly Builds

That's a good idea , but even the WP team disagree with a live demo, they at
least can publish an md5 key for the archive file, 'cause sometimes when I
am unable to use SVN , I feel like I am downloading the same nightly as prev
day.
