[wp-testers] dbx cookie collision

The ordering and open/closed states for the dbx-groups on Write Page  
and Write Post are stored in the same cookie.  The attached [on the  
ticket] patch creates separate cookies.

It introduces a new bug, though. Occasionally, the advancedstuff  
value in *one* of the cookies gets unset on every page load (in FF  
1.5/Mac).  I can't see why. Anyone?

Which cookie gets borked seems to be determined by whichever was  
viewed 2nd after clearing cookies.
