[wp-testers] Upload and use of Images

Hi,

In Mambo/Joomla you have a way to upload the image and define/create the
directory where you want it. Maybe you can check it for 2.1 :)

They also have a plugin solution that allow us to choose what WYSIWYG we
want to use and that is just neat.
