[wp-testers] Roles / Caps

Just read the guide on Ryan's site but can someone produce a guide along
the lines of
Old level 0 = New level Subscriber
Old level 1 = ??
etc ..

I can see this being needed and if blog owners need to edit users and
their roles we need to tell them as they upgrade not after.
