[wp-testers] Pingback behavior

I couldn't figure out why get_permalink() outputs a non-pretty URI in 
this case.  The database gets updated before pingback() gets called, so 
the post_status should be 'publish' by the time get_permalink() gets 
involved.

What am I missing?
