[wp-testers] Apostrophe problem

The error occurred originally in a long post and I isolated the ' as the 
cause.
I just tried to post this:
It was the cat's turn to sit on the mat
and again it breaks.

The files are fresh and I did run upgrade.php so I don't think it's a 
silly error on my part - though that possibility does exist.
I'll upgrade again and see.
