<br><br>Anyone who builds such a database should first and foremost consider making it a feedback system similar to systems found in eBay or Etsy so that good comments can be shared. I have had some major fails and some wonderful wins when it comes to clients found on this forum and all things considered I would myself rather hire someone with a majority of positive feedback about similar projects rather than the unknown newbie who simply has 0 negative feedback yet. A black list system is just Yuk and negative and attracts unprofessional venting.<br>
