[wp-pro] Pages as Categories

Can anybody fix up my site lefoodnews.com so that articles, once posted,
don't appear only on the home page but on category pages that are identified
by the category chosen (which could include a "home" category). I've been
experimenting with the List Category Posts plugin, but this appears to post
the posts to both the home page and the category page (but only as a link).
Perhaps this can be tweaked. I'll be happy to pay if someone can configure
this plugin (or other solution) to work for my site as I mentioned. The
simpler solution, the better, of course, as I would want to be able to
easily maintain and configure it.
