[wp-pro] Sign-up/Register Widget

Can someone supply me with a simple sign-up php file so people can register
for my site www.snughub.com? I'm using BuddyPress for WordPress (a social
media-like plugin and theme), and the only way for users to sign up is to
register on my site. There's probably a horribly simple solution to this,
but I haven't stumbled upon it yet since on my other sites, I don't let
anyone register. I'm not familiar with the registration process.
