Hi,

Yes it can be done.

What you'll need to do is set up some kind of template which runs a loop
built on a query for the post based on post id, but instead of calling the
content you just call the post title and comments.

Then on your single.php file you'll want to add a link to this template that
passes the post id of the post your reading as a value over to the new
template which uses that to populate the post_id in the aforementioned query
