[wp-pro] Wordpress Pro needed

I am looking for an experienced person with PHP and CSS skills that has worked extensively with Wordpress core and works solo. Required work includes the following:

Install WordPress theme and tailor child theme, impliment website files, Google analytics, navigation, home page as static page, permalinks, create home page template , install widgets, create category pages and subcategory pages, forms, size images with photo shop for each page, 301 permanent redirect configuaration, create pages with different images and 301 permanent redirects configuration.
