[wp-pro] Need proffessional help..

i need to implement few changes in my wordpress site.

- Users should not see the normal admin page, instead they should be able to
only insert post from another page (with adding the custom fields in form
controls [drop down list, radio button ..etc).

- They should be able to modify the posts they insert.

- Users should be able to upload images to others posts ...

Can someone help me on this?
