[wp-pro] Need help with configuring buggy cForms/Wordpress Mu installation

I need quick help bugfixing an installation of Wordpress Mu with the cForms II plugin. cForms has stopped consistently displaying forms and accepting submissions, and is having trouble displaying visitor submissions in the Wordpress control panel. I need someone that is well versed in bug fixing Wordpress plugins and is familiar with Wordpress Mu. Please respond with your hourly rate and a list of references.
