[wp-pro] I need a site developed

I designed mockup pages in Photoshop of a WP site that I want developed. I think this should be a pretty straight forward job because I already know how I want it to look and function, and I just need someone to develop it according to my mockups and specs in WP. I am open to your expert opinions on how to make the site better in any way. All of the graphics from my mockup should be able to be used in the actual site, and I have an understanding of web design, so I can assist however needed. I am just too busy at this time to learn to develop within WP to do this myself. 

I previously sent a message on this list a couple months ago regarding this, though I unfortunately lost all of the emails (computer crash) that I received in regards to my inquiry, so I am reposting. I apologize in advance to everyone that previously messaged me.

General technical specs:

For the Overall WP Site
- I want the site to render properly in all the major browsers on both a Mac and a PC
- I want the site developed to be search engine friendly. I am not looking for search engine optimization at this time. I just want the site designed to keep in mind that I will want to get it ranked with search engines at some point.

Home Page
- This page will have embedded videos followed by a summary of a text narrative
- A comment page will open after the user clicks on the story, and the user will be able to read the full text narrative and comment on the text and video
- The embedded videos will feature buttons above them allowing the user to share the video with others on Twitter, Facebook or via email (I found some info on how to do this)
- The user will be able to enter his/her email address to subscribe to an email newsletter (via a WP plugin I downloaded)
- A listing of 3 recent articles no longer displayed on the home page will display on the side of the home page, that when clicked, will link to the comment page for that story and video
- A featured embedded video will display on the home page (somehow I want to easily be able to feature a video or have one automatically show up based on popularity)
- A rotating graphic (javascript?) will be featured on the home page that when clicked will open a corresponding page with more details

About Page
Will feature text and images and some embedded videos

Resources Page
Will feature text and links

Community Page
Will link to PHP BB that I would like to have the look-and-feel customized to look like the rest of the site

Services Page
Will feature text, images, and some embedded videos

Contact
Will have a form (downloaded a plugin) that when completed will email the results to me
