*Plugin Developer: integrate custom db tables into Post Edit*

This is a repost. The person originally hired disappeared.

Requirements:
1) experience developing plugins for WP admin area – this is an admin area
only project, you will not be developing anything for the site's front end.
2) Experience working with Wordpress custom write panels.
3) Experience adding a custom database table to the WP post edit page using
the WP API. Do not want a 3rd party database framework – must use the WP
API.

Project specs:
- 3 custom db tables will be used
- a custom form will be added to the WP post edit page. The fields on the
form will be populated from one custom database table.
- a second custom database table will be accessed through a form in a popup
overlay (such as jQuery Thickbox), which is to be activated by buttons
clicked on the main form.
- There are one to many relationships between some fields on the main form
and fields on the popup form. These will be stored in a custom database
links table. (There is a bit of complexity with some of the fields on the
main form.)

Please only reply to this ad if you already have experience developing
WordPress plugins for the Admin area, using the WordPress API, which include
adding custom database tables, using popup forms, and linked database
tables.

The work is needed ASAP – 2 - 3 weeks - as the project has fallen behind
schedule due to non-performance by the original contractor. In taking on
this work you are committing to staying in regular ongoing communication
about details, progress, and questions.

Please respond with your hourly rate and some examples of WORDPRESS sites
containing features similar to those mentioned here that you have worked
on. The work will go to the most qualified contractor, not necessarily to
the lowest bidder.

I will then forward full project specs for you to prepare a quote.
thank you
