[wp-pro] WP consultant for a developing a peer learning network

Hi,

I am looking to hire a wordpress consultant on retainers to develop a peer
learning network where students can teach other students by explaining
concepts via video. This person will be asked to:

   - install wordpress MU
   - install buddypress on top of that
   - and install a payment plugin like http://www.instinct.co.nz/e-commerce/
   - Version control the entire code base and configuration files
   - Create a back up plan and scripts for keeping a backup of the
   database (or contract host to do that part).

Essentially users should be able to set up a facebook like profile. View a
list of videos available, click to pay, and go to a private area in youtube
or Google video to view the video.
