[wp-pro] WordPress Plug-in To Manage User Media

Hello all, I've looked high and low for a plug-in or set of plug-ins to help
me manage, segment, and display media content uploaded by a WordPress user.
So, I want to give UserA the ability to upload photos and or videos to a
WordPress site, then display that media in a sidebar plug-in or in a page. I
know there are plug-ins to display content from other sites like YouTube or
Flickr, but I'm talking about from the WordPress Gallery. Anyone have
something like this? Would also like to limit how much content is uploaded.

What about something for WordPress MU?

Thanks for any help. If nothing like this exists, contact me off-list on
what it would cost to have this built. Thanks.
