[wp-pro] Need help troubleshooting an installation

I just installed my WP blog and the install is not executing.  The error I'm getting is Error establishing a database connection.  I've checked the wp_config file and it's correct and I've logged in to the db successfully with the user and password.  I'm not sure what else to check or if I'm missing something.
 
Can you take a peek and tell me what's not right?
