[wp-pro] WP coach needed

Hi, I am looking for a word press coder to spend 10-20 minutes teaching 
me how to add video to my WP blog. I want to learn how to embed code and 
to load videos already on my server. Currently I have 1 video to embed, 
and 1 video from my server to add. We can use these as examples.  Please
