[wp-pro] Navigation Question

I would think you could do it with 2 menus.

Top menu: use sticky menu and class each link according to color.  (I
assume the client needs control of the menu options, otherwise just
hard code them)

Bottom menu: use wp_list_pages and just include the pages you want there.

Is it really that simple or am I missing something?
