Question. Most blogs seems to advertise 3 companies to take your psd  
(or other files) and turn them into Wordpress ready themes and  
templates using XHTML, CSS and and some additional offerings if needed  
(javascript, extra pages, etc.).

These 3 companies are psd2html, w3-markup and pixel crayons.

I would appreciate if anyone has had any working experience with these  
3 companies to share their feedback.
