[wp-pro] hi plz help me on this issue!

hi,

we have non profit organization website called http://rtycdelhi.org/ n we try to put the posts in the static page using the 
"nurelm-get-posts" pluggin, but the thing is we can't make:

1. title in the bigger font size and bold face
2. we need to put the articles just below the post title
3. if its possible we need to put the image thumbnail in the post excerpt
4. little bit of gap between each news

so plz help us on this issue
