[wp-pro] Custom Field in User Profile, Comment Form and Email

Looking for someone to help on a project, since we're a little overbooked
now.

Need the following code written:
-Additional field added to user profile
-This same field will appear on Comment Form (should self populate if user
is logged in)
-Should also appear in email notification that goes to post author.

Time frame is a little tight.  Would like by Wed.
