[wp-pro] WPMU+supercache install issues

Hi,
I would like to hire a programmer to complete installation of supercache or
even advice is most appreciated!
All is running smoothly from the admin perspective BUT the folder
/supercache/ and all cache files/
are not being created.  There seems to be a permissions issue on my server
(this was a re-install) but it might also be more involved than that. I do
not know how to resolve.
