[wp-pro] Quote and samples on slick blog features...

I am hoping someone here may be able to pull something like this off -
I love the way this blog - http://www.thewiebners.com/blog.cfm - has
a custom image that has the post title as an over lay - and while I am
reaching for the stars I love the voting thing on their blog - can you do a
custom build in that spirit? and if so whats the charge for it?
