[wp-pro] Looking for assistance with WP template changes

I am using a free template for my blog - www.savvydoula.com and I'd like
someone to do some changes for me.

Here are the changes I need help with:


   - I want to be able to add additional page tabs. When I add pages now, I
   can see they exist, but new page tabs aren't created and the only way to get
   to them on the blog is by including a link on another page or post.
   - There is something wrong with the code and the sidebars are messed up
   in IE. It could be weird in other browsers (I wouldn't know since I only
   have IE and Firefox), but it looks right in Firefox.
   - I want the homepage to look different from the rest of the site. No
   yellow box with "What is a savvy doula" on posts or other pages.
   - Want to be able to add Digg, StumbleUpon and other buttons on posts
   - Center the subscription box at the end of posts
   - Center the google adwords and Amazon boxes in the sidebar

There may be a couple things I'm missing.
