[wp-pro] Monthly Wordpress Work Available - Small & Media Custom Coding Projects

I'm seeking some experienced Wordpress Programmers/Developers who have experience in 
customizing wordpress themes and have no fear of customizing, implementing & configuring Wordpress Plugins.

I'm looking for particularly programmers that have the following requirements:
1.  Have Immediate & Available Time: 
     A.  Seeking dedicated programmers who can provide dedicated time for MONTHLY (30 days) OR Bi-Weekly (14 days - Mon - Sun).  
           Note:  Please don't reply by saying you are available 1 month or two months from now. I'm looking for vendors who are immediately available & can jump on projects starting either today or within 3 days ONLY.

2.  Experience necessary:  PHP, JAVASCRIPT, MYSQL, DHTML, HTML, Styling CSS, jqeury (potentially)

3.  Projects Include:  
    A.  Customizing code/styling/ of items on an existing wordpress theme.  Site is 90% complete currently.
    B.  Implementing and configuring wordpress plugins as needed.    
    C.  Making plugins fully functional
        Sample project easy:     Implement & Configure the FAQ-Tastic Plugin on the site.  or Customize the Blog Post to have a certain look
        Sample project difficult:  Create a squeeze page to include countdown menu, video & contact form.

If you are able to do this, please reply to me with the following in this order:
1.  Confirmation that you are available immediately & can commit either: Bi-Weekly or Monthly.
2.  Your Years of Experience in each of your disciplines
3.  Your Country Location (Preference going to U.S. Developers at the moment)
4.  Costs of either Bi-Weekly or Monthly fixed rate to be able to get things done.
5.  A minimum of 3 CUSTOMIZED Wordpress Sites you have done (Meaning Extensive customizations & Extensions through plugins, widgets or code)  --Please be able to explain it.

Overall, the projects I have are small & can be complete quickly, as I will provide explicit & detailed information for the tasks at hand.  However, I'm looking for a 
specific vendor who has the time, availability & the tenacity to do great work & get things done, and has the ability to research problems & issues quickly & correct them.
Affordability is a key aspect of this, as the site is 90% complete & work needs to be done to be able to launch soon. 
My intention is to be able to keep a qualified vendor on continuously either weekly or monthly if things go well.
