[wp-pro] Hi looking for WP help

HI - 

Looking to build new WP site.  If possible considering all or some of the following:

- Incorporate vote up/down functionality
- Messageboard

I also have a site that lasted a year and a half and I'd like a lot of that content migrated onto the new site (with new URLs)

If possible, I'd like to also migrate a second site to the new one.  

Would like to get some dialogue going and see what is possible and what possibly might not be.
