[wp-pro] Separate Page for Adding Comments

I want to remove the 'add comment' section at the bottom of posts and  
instead have a separate form in which you can select the post you want  
to comment from a drop down list, then click add comment which take  
you into another page in which you can post your comment.

I also want to have a link that says 'Comment on this Post' and takes  
you into a the same form which is just and add comment for form for  
that particular post

Can anyone help me do this
