[wp-pro] IE7 CSS transparency fix required

We are currently having an issue with CSS/PNG transparency in IE7 (yes, 7).
The issue involves a transparent background, on top of a photograph below.
There is one page currently affected, but we need a solution to prevent the
issue sitewide.

We are looking for someone to fix this one-off issue for a flat fee.  Please
