[wp-pro] Help installing Wordpress

I have been trying to install Wordpress and have been unable to work out how to set up my mysql database and the whole phpadmin thing.  I have FTP'd all the wordpress files to my hosting space but it appears im stuck now.

Can anyone advise on the database setup aspect.  I get the following error when the link below is clicked.  It could have something with the fact i have No Privileges on my database but i cannot work out how to assign privileges.
