[wp-pro] 2 questions for you WP pro's

If these questions are too basic, maybe you can recommend a good  
tutorial. :-)

(1) Does WP support video other than YouTube? If so, what formats?

(2) Does WP support "info capture"? Again, any specifics? We're trying  
to set up a business site where we offer free downloads, but we want  
people to give us some contact info so we can verify who we're giving  
it to.
