**Looking for a quote for a blog with some techincal aspects from this one

I like the width and the comments of this blog, don't necessarily want a
flash header, but I do want the image to change or refresh everytime some
one comes or goes to a different page. I am one to be involved with graphic
decisions and have the logo -
