[wp-pro] Custom Wordpress Development (Coding)

Hallo There

I need a wordpress design to be coded.

I have the following *5 PSDs* - (they don't really differ much from each
other)

 - Home
 - Archive
 - Post
 - Page
 - Generic (For all other pages like search, tags etc)

Please advice me on the cost of complete development (*from PSD  -->
Wordpress theme*) and the delivery time frame.

Some basic requirements:

- Needs to be XHTML validated
- Needs to support Widgets
- I would prefer to use as minimum plugins as possible. (So I prefer bug
free hard coding)
- Only these basic features are needed  -- Banner Ads block, Recent Posts,
Recent Comments, Featured Posts, Rss Subscribe, Blog Roll, Tags, Newsletter
Subscription (Using Aweber) etc.

I need the theme to be developed by *7-12 days or less*. I have already
contacted a number of coders and got few reasonable and few outrageous
offers. So hopefully I'll be able to get some nice offers here.

Kindly reply to me ASAP with the cost of development, years of experience,
portfolio or sample of some kind, development time frame + mode of payment &
your support policy.
