[wp-pro] Need wp expert help to resolve blog problems

I'm looking for a wp specialist to help fix some problems affecting the
performance of this blog:

1.  The main problem right now is that the comments are disabled for some
reason (trying to post a comment results only in a blank page).

2.  Also, the footer code is behaving strangely--we've had trouble making
our Google Analytics code work in it, and the code seems to be spontaneously
truncating itself in some instances. Problems 1 and 2 may be connected to
our installation (and subsequent deletion) of a guest map plug-in that never
worked correctly.

3.  We've also had some persistent problems with posting links, so we also
need to consult about that.

4.  We also probably need a software update, as we're running an older
version of wp.
