[wp-pro] Seeking some minor coding assistance

I recently upgraded to WP 2.3.2 from 2.02 (I believe) on many blogs.  One,
however, seems to have an issue.  The "next page" link no longer shows on
the main page, successive pages, or on category pages.  The "go back a page"
link is fine, oddly enough.  You can go to /page/# from any page or a
category page and there is no problem.

I've tested this in my custom theme and the default theme and it is the same
in both, so it's not a theme-related issue.

I feel this is related to the recent upgrade.  It's just odd how it affects
only this one blog, since many others were upgraded from 2.0.2 and above.
