[wp-pro] WP specialist needed

Hi, I'm looking for a WordPress specialist to trouble shoot our 
subscription system.  It is set to email weekly summaries to all 
subscribers, but it is not working.  Also, I'm open to any suggestions 
that a WP specialist can provide about how to take advantage of various 
online marketing avenues to increase the popularity of my blog.  Will 
pay $30 for someone to trouble shoot subscription issue and provide
