[wp-pro] Looking to fund an Enhancement/Plugin for allowing images/video/etc in comments

The support forum has several threads discussing how to get images 
and such into comments. Today, the comments are simple text only. 
This could be enhanced using one of the browser-based editors, and 
images could be uploaded to the server with limits/policy for safety. 
There are some postings about embedding IMG SRC tags into comments, 
but that's really not what I'm looking for, as the user base we're 
trying to hit will not be expected to figure that out.

While it seems many folks want this feature, it's not yet been 
implemented in WP or a plugin. If there's someone who has the skills 
and time to do that implementation, I'm interested in funding that 
development. The feature is something we need, to be sure, but I'd 
like to see the results available to everyone else.
