[wp-pro] Theme developpment from graphics.

Hello,

I recently found a graphist that would design graphics for my WordPress web site, but I would need a developer to implement these graphics into a WordPress theme. I have a few questions on this process... here goes.

Can you suggest companies or individuals contacts/URL that can developed a theme from supplied graphics? I have only http://w3-markup.com/ as a suggestion.
