[wp-pro] Looking for a site designer for ongoing partnership

We are seeking a design partner to complete some site design/re-designs
for both Dynamic Rewards and for some of our external clients.

Designers interested in supplying examples and indicative pricing should
  be able to complete work according to the following:

* All templates are valid according to XHTML 1.0 Strict or Transitional,
and use table-less layout only
* The templates are carefully tested in all modern browsers (IE 6+,
Opera 8+, FF 2.0+)
* The supplied template source (including CSS code) is carefully
commented and well-formed
* The templates are created with emphasis on maximum accessibility
* The templates need to have included some common site elements such as
form layouts, basic grid layouts so that these can be applied where needed

We are located mainly in Brisbane, Australia and are happy to hear from
designers anywhere in the world. We don't always use Wordpress and are
able to code the XHTML into a Wordpress template ourselves. We have a
number of projects ready to go immediately.
