[wp-pro] Format Blog Posts & Comments Area

I'm seeking a knowledgeable, out of the box, & efficient programmer to 
customize the format of my Blog Posts & Comment Areas.

The project entails formatting & customizing single blog post pages, implementing plugins/widgets
to get the features & functionality necessary for the look of the posts.

The goal of the comments area is to be feature similar to this page:

The comment area will also have a related posts & Advertisement area, similar to GigaOm:
http://gigaom.com --take a look at single post page.

And the format of a post will be like, I have base look I want. 
I'll provide to a vendor who can do this quick project for me.

This small project should take less than a day.  

Please let me know who can take on this project, begin it & complete it.
